What The Unprotected Looks Like
Annually, coastal states, and tornado alley states, are exposed to devastating severe wind and water damage
costing insurance companies, state and local municipalities, and homeowners billions of dollars in recovery
and rebuild costs. As well, tornado ally states suffer catastrophic damages and costs.
In 2024, two hurricanes hit Florida and damaged over 40,000 structures in the greater Tampa Florida area alone. Approximately 28,000 were rebuildable or salvageable, over 18,000 plus structures were destroyed.
Our initial target market will be Florida ranch homes, at least 20 years old as well as mobile home parks.
When these older non hurricane code-built homes are damaged to 51% of the structure, the property owner is required to completely rebuild under current local building code. Being very costly and almost uninsurable,
